AI Reports or AI installed at your office: two ways to put your data to work
Le Numérique Haïti offers two plans for putting your data to work with artificial intelligence.
Le Numérique Haïti offers two plans for putting your data to work with artificial intelligence. With AI Reports ($600 for 12 months), we come and collect your databases, or you give us secure access to your network: we do all the work at our end and you receive your reports. With AI Installation and Training ($1,200 for 12 months), we install the AI on your computer and train you: you see everything and become self-sufficient.
Two plans, depending on what you want to do
Just want the reports? Choose AI Reports. We come and collect your databases, or you give us secure access to your network, and that’s it. The work happens at our end; you receive clear reports. No special computer is required.
Want a meeting every month? Choose the Monthly Report ($250 per month): we collect your data on site, then present the report and our recommendations at a meeting.
Want to see everything and depend on no one? Choose AI Installation and Training. The work happens at your office, on your computer: you see everything, you learn the method and you understand the reason for each step. Nothing stays a secret.
What you can do with AI installed
- Reports on demand: sales, cash flow, unpaid invoices, inventory.
- Synced folders, so you can find critical information at the right moment.
- Answers in French to your questions about your own figures.
- Updates to your website from the same computer, just as we do ourselves.
The requirement for installed AI: a capable computer
Your computer becomes the system that produces your reports. So it needs to run the AI comfortably.
- A recent computer running Windows 10 or 11, or macOS, ideally dedicated to this use.
- 16 GB of RAM recommended (8 GB minimum) and an SSD.
- A stable internet connection.
- Access to your software or its exports: point of sale, patient or customer software, accounting, Excel files.
If your computer is suitable, we start right away. If not, we tell you exactly what to buy.
How much does it cost?
- AI Reports: $600 for 12 months, renewable at $400. Nothing to install or learn.
- AI Installation and Training: $1,200 for 12 months. After that, you renew the AI yourself and can upgrade to a higher plan.
- $150 for any additional support or development.
Over 3 years, training is the more economical option: AI Reports come to $1,400 ($600, then two renewals at $400), versus a one-time $1,200 with training. The only extra is the AI subscription, which you renew yourself. And you’re independent.
An example: the medical practice
With AI Reports, the practice gives us access to its patient software and its till, and receives its reports. With installed AI, the doctor sees each evening, on their own computer, the procedures performed, what has been collected and what is outstanding. Read the clinics case.
