Databases: query MySQL, SQL Server or Access without being an IT expert

If your software runs on a database (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Access, Oracle…), AI can understand its structure, write the SQL queries and produce the reports you need, working from a copy of the database.

Short answer

If your software runs on a database (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Access, Oracle…), AI can understand its structure, write the SQL queries and produce the reports you need, working from a copy of the database.

How it works

In three steps.

1. Your database structure

We receive a copy or an export of the database. AI reads its structure: the tables, their columns and the links between them.

stock_db.sql · structure
customersidnamecityphone
→
salesidcustomer_idproduct_iddateamount
←
productsidskubrandstock

2. Your question becomes a query

You ask a question in plain language, for example “which customers bought the most this year?”. AI writes the SQL query, and we check it before running it.

Generated SQL query
SELECT c.name, c.city, SUM(s.amount) AS total_2026
FROM sales s
JOIN customers c ON c.id = s.customer_id
WHERE s.date >= '2026-01-01'
GROUP BY c.name, c.city
ORDER BY total_2026 DESC
LIMIT 5;

3. The result

The result is presented in a clear table, ready for your report or your CRM.

Top 5 customers · 2026
CustomerCityTotal 2026
Customer A (garage)Delmas$48,300
Customer B (transport)Port-au-Prince$41,900
Customer C (parts)Cap-Haïtien$33,750
Customer D (fleet)Pétion-Ville$29,100
Customer E (motorbikes)Carrefour$21,600

The databases we read

  • MySQL and MariaDB
  • PostgreSQL
  • Microsoft SQL Server
  • SQLite
  • Microsoft Access
  • Oracle (via export or SQL query)

Your security

We never connect to your live production system. We work on a copy or an export, and every query is checked by a person before it is run.
