Software exports: connecting QuickBooks, your point of sale and your online store

Every software tool (accounting, point of sale, CRM, WooCommerce, banking) can export its data.

Short answer

Every software tool (accounting, point of sale, CRM, WooCommerce, banking) can export its data. AI brings these exports together, matches the same customers and the same products from one system to another, and produces reports that no single tool can provide on its own, such as a cash-flow report.

How it’s done

In three steps.

1. Several separate exports

Each department exports its data from its own software. The names and formats are never the same.

CUSTOMER A LTD4,200Nov 15
Customer B (transport)2,950Nov 30

Nov 3RENT−1,800

2. AI connects everything

AI recognizes that “CUSTOMER A LTD”, “Customer A” and “TRF CUSTOMER A” are the same customer, and matches up the invoices, sales and payments.

Customer A (garage)$4,810$4,200$610
Customer B (transport)$2,950$0$2,950

3. The cash-flow report

You see the money coming in and going out week by week, and the weeks when cash may run tight.

How to export

Almost every software tool has an “Export” button to Excel or CSV. If you can’t find it, we will guide you over WhatsApp.
